Using the service
LearnRocketAI helps users create study materials, summaries, exercises, flashcards, assignments, and progress views. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service only for lawful educational purposes.
Accounts and roles
The service supports students, parents, teachers, workspace administrators, and super administrators. Workspace administrators are responsible for the users, students, materials, assignments, invite links, notification settings, and access rights they manage.
An account in LearnRocketAI may be created by an adult or by a person who may lawfully enter into an agreement to use the service. During early access, children and pupils do not create accounts independently. Student data may be added by a parent, guardian, teacher, or workspace administrator to assign exercises and track progress.
Early access and paid features
The early access version of the service is free unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise. Paid features, subscriptions, or payments will be described in separate terms or in a price list before they are launched.
Uploaded and generated content
You are responsible for the materials you upload or enter, including PDFs, photos, notes, textbook extracts, prompts, questions, flashcards, and student information. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content in LearnRocketAI.
You allow us to store, process, transform, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, including AI generation, OCR, storage, progress tracking, notifications, and support.
You retain the rights to the content you submit to the service. To the extent permitted by law, you may use materials generated by LearnRocketAI for your own learning or preparation of educational materials.
AI output
AI-generated summaries, exercises, flashcards, feedback, transcriptions, speech, and illustrations can contain mistakes. Review educational output before relying on it, assigning it to students, or using it for assessment. The service supports learning but does not replace a teacher, parent, professional adviser, or your own judgment.
Students and children
If you add a student or child, assign work, send credentials, or track progress, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that you will provide any required notices or consents. Do not add student contact details or enable notifications unless you have a lawful basis and the details are accurate.
Notifications
Email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications may be used for credentials, invite links, reminders, and administrator updates where enabled. Delivery depends on external providers and correct contact details. Users can change notification preferences where the app allows it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload illegal or harmful content, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with security, overload the service, or use generated content to mislead others.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free output. We may improve, limit, suspend, or change features, providers, limits, or access where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product operation.
Ending access
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, or is used in a way that harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or data deletion through the contacts listed above.
Language versions
These terms may be available in several language versions. If there is any discrepancy between language versions, the Czech version is controlling.
Updates
We may update these terms when the service, law, or operating model changes. The current version is published on this page. We will inform users about material changes in the app or by email if required by law or by the nature of the change.
Latest update date: June 16, 2026.
